About the Role

We are seeking a Social Worker for counseling individuals with substance-related issues and providing treatment within the framework of outpatient addiction rehabilitation. Our team at Confamilia Addiction Counseling looks forward to dedicated support.

Responsibilities

• Low-threshold, health-oriented counseling for individuals with substance-related problems and their relatives
• Referral to further support services
• Outpatient rehabilitation in individual and group formats
• Counseling on safer-use topics
• Outreach and follow-up work, e.g., in correctional facilities

Requirements

• A completed degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification is a prerequisite, as well as a DRV-recognized qualification for rehabilitation.
• Interest in regular collegial professional exchange and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Intercultural counseling competence.
• Willingness to perform outreach activities to a small extent, e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics.
• Professional experience is welcome but not a requirement.
• An accepting and open-ended basic attitude.
