About the Role

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our collaborative and high-achieving team. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top student talent for intern, graduate, and early career opportunities in Australia and New Zealand, directly impacting our future success.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, from event planning to candidate selection.
• Coordinate assessments, map interview processes, and manage logistics for a seamless candidate journey.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Drive the campus attraction strategy, contributing ideas and creativity.
• Build strong relationships with universities and student societies across Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop a deep understanding of behavioural competencies and apply them during high-volume assessment periods.
• Continuously improve operational processes and identify new opportunities to attract exceptional talent.

Requirements

• A passionate early-career recruiter (agency or in-house), or someone keen to break into campus recruitment.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional coordination and attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Curious, solutions-focused and excited by the opportunity to improve and innovate.
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives with measurable impact.
