About the Role
As a Calculator (m/f/d), you will form the basis in an expert staff unit, ensuring projects become reality. You will not just calculate, but also shape projects from the initial idea to turnkey handover.
Responsibilities
- Independent development of bid, order, and additional cost calculations
- Creation of tender documents, including work preparation
- Obtaining, developing, and evaluating subcontractor and alternative offers
- Quantity surveys for various trades in building construction
- Preparation of specifications based on functional descriptions
- Presentation of construction projects to internal and external stakeholders
- Independent preparation and leadership in negotiation meetings
- Maintenance and further development of calculation data in RIB-iTWO
Requirements
- Completed degree, apprenticeship, master craftsman, or technician in construction, architecture, real estate, or industrial engineering (construction)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in building construction in calculation/work preparation is desirable
- Proficient language skills for smooth project communication in at least C1 German or very good B2 German
- Proficient use of RIB-iTWO
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, HOAI, and VOB is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Responsible and independent way of working
