About the Role

The Amadeu Antonio Foundation is seeking a student employee (8 hours/week) for its Berlin location, starting as soon as possible. This role involves supporting the foundation by distributing informative publications on current topics and communicating with interested individuals.

Responsibilities

• Shipping our publications: Processing orders, selecting and packing publications, franking, coordinating with our parcel service provider, handing over packages to the parcel service.
• Documentation and maintenance of shipping-related contact data.
• Answering inquiries regarding our publications.
• Managing and storing foundation publications and shipping materials.
• Assisting with large shipments of publications from individual foundation teams.
• Data analysis of publication orders.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a student.
• Independent and meticulous work style.
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong service orientation.
• Physical resilience.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident use of and enjoyment working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as contact databases.
• Sensitivity to data protection and confidential information.
• Interest in foundation-relevant topics such as democracy promotion, group-based misanthropy, and right-wing extremism is a plus.
