About the Role

This position is responsible for the installation, introduction, and maintenance contract of the mobile intraoperative imaging system (O-arm). You will build a service system that meets customer needs, conduct pre-installation surveys, installation, repairs, and maintenance services in collaboration with sales and marketing departments. You will respond to technical inquiries from customers and work with the quality assurance department to resolve complaints and defects. You will also learn and practice the latest technical information to provide high-level technical support in collaboration with the US headquarters' technical department. You will provide high service quality to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Field and office work related to the new installation and introduction of the mobile intraoperative imaging system (O-arm).
  • Maintenance inspections and repair work for stable customer equipment operation, including related billing and maintenance contract sales.
  • Case support.
  • Communicate with customers to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct data analysis to improve operations.
  • Respond to inquiries about defects and complaints from customers to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Repair and inspection of products from other departments (including field service and office work).

Requirements

  • Work experience in electrical/mechanical engineering.
  • Field service work experience.
  • English proficiency (level sufficient for business communication).
  • Advanced data analysis and report creation skills using MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth coordination with related departments.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to work nights and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
