About the Role

NVIDIA is offering a New College Graduate role in its diverse and rapidly growing EMEA Region. This approximately 2-year program includes 6-8 diverse rotations in areas like Recruiting, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Experience, culminating in a long-term position tailored to your skills and interests. The program is designed for learning and support across 22 different countries.

Responsibilities

Collaborate optimally with both people-focused and technical teams, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members and provide outstanding customer service.
Develop strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus in Organizational Development, Strategy, and/or HR Analytics.
Business insight and understanding of cross-functional work.
Familiarity with country labor law and regulations in at least one EU country.
Engaging, responsive and quick to act.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in synthesizing sophisticated technical and people-related information for actionable solution building, a strong connection to people, and the ability to engage, network, and listen actively across cultures.
Eagerness for continuous learning and development, particularly in emerging HR technologies and practices.
Demonstrate a track record of effectively organizing and completing priorities.
A service-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems by balancing efficiency and policy adherence to find the best path for all parties.
Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools.
