About the Role

NVIDIA is offering a New College Graduate role in its diverse and rapidly growing EMEA Region. This approximately 2-year program includes 6-8 diverse rotations in areas like Recruiting, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Experience, culminating in a long-term position tailored to your skills and interests. The program is designed for learning and support across 22 different countries.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate optimally with both people-focused and technical teams, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus in Organizational Development, Strategy, and/or HR Analytics.
  • Business insight and understanding of cross-functional work.
  • Familiarity with country labor law and regulations in at least one EU country.
  • Engaging, responsive and quick to act.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in synthesizing sophisticated technical and people-related information for actionable solution building, a strong connection to people, and the ability to engage, network, and listen actively across cultures.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development, particularly in emerging HR technologies and practices.
  • Demonstrate a track record of effectively organizing and completing priorities.
  • A service-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems by balancing efficiency and policy adherence to find the best path for all parties.
  • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools.
