About the Role
As a Senior Paralegal, you will join the Legal, Risk and Compliance team to support global operations across the asset lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for legal requests, manage corporate records, and ensure regulatory compliance to streamline workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate records and coordinate board documentation
- Manage legal budgets and improve document systems for accuracy
- Lead legal request triage and contract review
- Maintain tracking systems for timely and accurate responses
- Conduct legal research across jurisdictions and monitor regulatory developments
- Prepare lawyer-reviewed insights and updates for internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and legal tech adoption
- Support compliance monitoring by tracking contractual and regulatory obligations
- Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- Experience managing complex legal information with precision
- Ability to structure workflows to meet competing deadlines
- Proactive identification of compliance risks
