About the Role
Provide reliable and consistent customer and internal stakeholder support for the Hong Kong and Emerging Asia region, primarily focusing on the Hong Kong market. This role involves end-to-end customer order management, from processing purchase orders to coordinating dispatch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and high customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email-based customer service for order processing, order management, and delivery of Hologic products.
- Manage customer orders from purchase order processing to allocation and dispatch coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and high customer service standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service, order management, or logistics administration role.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal).
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
