About the Role

As the Chief Engineer Architecture, Cloud and Operations, you will drive innovation, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to push the boundaries of AI capabilities. You will serve as a technical leader, driving thought leadership, designing and implementing large-scale Agentic distributed systems, and influencing senior stakeholders on modern development best practices.

Responsibilities

Help engineers create adaptable software that evolves with fast-moving technology
Drive the adoption of a DevSecOps mentality focused on reliability, testing, and responsible AI
Deliver stable platforms for internal consumers while optimizing for group outcomes
Shift between business solution development and platform development
Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to influence and educate on Gen AI solution principles
Coach and mentor team members on best practices for solving data-centric problems

Requirements

Proven experience in full-stack software engineering and leading impactful projects
Strong skills in .NET, C#, TypeScript, and DevOps practices
Expertise in optimizing AI inference and training pipelines
Knowledge of distributed storage, data pipelines, and scalable architectures
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research
Curiosity about Generative AI including transformers, LLMs, and diffusion models
Risk-aware mindset and sound judgment in complex environments
