About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will be the heartbeat of your playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. In our fast-paced environment, you will bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections. This is a chance to shape young minds while developing your own career through industry-leading training, coaching, and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
  • Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
  • Create and implement development-focused activity plans
  • Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
  • Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
  • Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
  • Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an early years environment
  • Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
  • A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
  • Confident communicator with a love for customer service

  • Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)

Salary/Compensations

  • £28,808 - £31,782 / year
