About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant for our new Greenwood Plaza store opening in July. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about great service, fashion, and building customer connections within a supportive, family-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions
- Utilize product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and stock processing
Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for the brand and its customers
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- Great visual merchandising and styling ability
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (approx. 6–15 hours per week)
- Flexibility to work increased shifts as required during peak periods and for covering leave
