About the Role
Join HGA's CWG markets as an architectural Project Manager in our San Francisco, CA office. This experienced professional will independently lead multiple small to midsize projects from concept through completion, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, and client communication. The role ensures design excellence within scope, timeline, and budget. Working with Principals and Practice Group Leaders, this role provides strategic direction, manages workflows and resources, and maintains accountability for project documentation and administrative processes. This position is critical for efficient project execution, meeting client expectations, and contributing to firm goals.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and oversee project work plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
- Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and code compliance throughout all phases.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead presentations, facilitate approvals, and translate client goals into actionable strategies.
- Direct and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Coordinate consultants and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation in line with firm standards.
Requirements
- Architectural licensure preferred or in progress.
