About the Role
The Manufacturing Operator performs production activities on the shop floor while utilizing Workday to record labor, training compliance, and basic production transactions as required.
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing/packaging/assembly tasks per SOPs
- Record labor time and job activities in Workday
- Complete required training and compliance tasks in Workday
- Support production documentation (batch records, logs, etc.)
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Report issues, deviations, and downtime
