About the Role

Partner with clients using data to explain brand performance and provide recommendations for business improvement. Build partnerships to understand client needs, develop in-depth analyses, and create compelling stories that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Understand clients’ marketing and sales strategies, their needs, business problems and opportunities for growth.
  • Help clients define business issues, understand project briefs, and prepare hypotheses.
  • Deliver insights and actionable recommendations using data, ensuring they help clients develop strategies for business growth.
  • Manage client expectations regarding analyses and commitments to ensure satisfaction.
  • Share strategic thought leadership and the latest trends on FMCG and consumer behavior with clients.
  • Act as an expert on topics such as pricing/promo, range, and innovation.
  • Support account development via consultative selling.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to support contract renewals.
  • Identify business opportunities with clients and demonstrate how NielsenIQ can address these needs.
  • Support Commercial teams in client meetings by showcasing NielsenIQ Capabilities.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary education (business, marketing, statistics etc.) and/or 1-2 years experience in FMCG, marketing, research or similar industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high say/do ratio, working as part of a high performing team.
  • Awareness of market conditions and client business environment.

Experience Level

  • 1-2 years experience

Education Level

  • Relevant tertiary education (business, marketing, statistics etc.)
