About the Role
We are seeking an Outbound SDR to join our GTM team during a period of significant growth. This early sales hire will significantly influence the company's future sales strategy. The role involves prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through outbound channels, focusing on genuine conversations to secure meetings.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn targeting ideal customer profiles.
- Research accounts and personalize outreach to drive meaningful engagement.
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting.
- Track activity in CRM and provide feedback on field performance.
- Hit and exceed monthly pipeline generation targets.
Requirements
- Background in cybersecurity (professional, academic, or personal interest) OR at least 1 year of outbound sales experience in any industry.
- Clear understanding of the tradeoff between early-stage compensation and long-term equity upside, with excitement for this bet.
