About the Role
This role is for a store person based in Seven Hills, focusing on smooth store operations. It offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are looking to transition into sales within a 6-month period. This is an ideal role for those with warehouse experience aiming to move into sales.
Responsibilities
- Process orders, confirming order slips, pick and pack
- Perform general warehouse duties as required
- Attend to receiving and dispatching of stock
- Operate forklifts for loading and unloading when required
- Perform manual handling for loading and unloading stock
Requirements
- Warehouse experience within a similar role
- Experience using a forklift is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- Mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in the industry
- Team player to support other areas when required
- Must be an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
