About the Role

The Sr. Workplace Experience Coordinator is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team, aiming to ensure employees feel productive, engaged, and well supported. This individual will serve as the primary onsite representative, independently overseeing day-to-day workplace experience operations, space readiness, and employee support. They will proactively identify and solve issues before they impact the employee experience and are responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of workplace programming, employee engagement initiatives, and onsite office events. We are looking for a highly collaborative self-starter who enjoys solving problems, has fantastic communication skills, and can operate independently while delivering an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high touch support to employees, including tools, support, information, and wayfinding.
  • Offer a warm welcome to employees and guests, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with end users and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Act as the first line of response for user questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up as required.
  • Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are properly equipped.
  • Proactively submit work orders to report repairs, required maintenance, or broken/missing furniture.
  • Educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, space use, and workplace protocols.
  • Address and follow up on complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees.
  • Obtain voice of the customer data to capture service needs and share with managers.
  • Follow escalation protocols and understand cross-functional teams' responsibilities.
  • Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities and collaborate on solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of workplace programming, employee engagement initiatives, and onsite office events.
  • Manage workplace events from planning through post-event follow-up, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Support meeting room and event space coordination, including bookings and usage monitoring.
  • Independently manage daily workplace operations and prioritize multiple needs with minimal oversight.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, building management, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Comfortable corresponding with executive-level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Detail-oriented, confident self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to act with minimal information and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and sound business acumen.
  • Project an approachable and professional image.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to successfully use Slack, Google Workspace, and other workplace technology platforms.
  • Comfortable using ticket management systems such as Jira and able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
