About the Role
The Superintendent is responsible for field leadership and on-site management of large-scale commercial and mission critical electrical projects. This role oversees daily field operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities.
- Coordinate manpower planning and daily work assignments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget alignment.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
- Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve field performance.
- Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve field-related challenges in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Extensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission critical projects.
