About the Role
The PwD Program Lead will design and execute end-to-end hiring programs for individuals with disabilities, focusing on both new graduate and mid-career talent. This role is crucial in developing scalable and sustainable inclusive hiring practices by collaborating with business leaders, HR, DE&I teams, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end PwD hiring programs for new graduate and mid-career talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute annual hiring strategies, roadmaps, and targets aligned with business needs.
- Build partnerships with universities, disability organizations, and external recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve inclusive hiring processes and candidate experiences.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, program effectiveness, and provide regular reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PwD program management.
- Experience leading or supporting diversity recruiting and/or disability inclusion initiatives.
- Experience building programs from inception to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese and intermediate English.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of disabilities and relevant legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
