About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on building and scaling a new paid social service line, starting with Reddit ads. The role involves owning client services, running internal paid social, pitching on sales calls, strategizing campaigns, executing on platforms, and writing client reports. As revenue grows, the role will involve hiring and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for client Reddit Ads, including building playbooks, pricing, and reporting cadences.
• Manage Siege's internal paid social, retargeting engaged leads and running Meta/LinkedIn campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
• Provide sales support by joining prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements.
• Build and manage a paid social team, including hiring and training associates as revenue grows, while directly executing until then.
• Develop service infrastructure, including templates, QA processes, attribution approaches, and reporting standards for paid social.

Requirements

• 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment, ideally with experience in Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Proven B2B and B2C experience, particularly in SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech, with an understanding of optimizing for clicks versus pipeline.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, capable of confidently leading quarterly reviews with marketing VPs.
• Strong written communication for polished, professional client emails, strategies, and reports.
• Enthusiasm for building and scaling a service line from scratch.

Skills

• Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences).
• Experience with ChatGPT ads.
• Prior experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
• Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution).
• Active network in B2B SaaS or content marketing.

• $110,000-$130,000 base
• $130,000-$160,000 OTE
