About the Role
Lead a well-run clinic with a fantastic team behind you. We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Bondi Junction dental centre, a busy and established 3-chair clinic with a strong reputation for patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a centre that is already set up for success. You'll work alongside an experienced and highly regarded dentist, supported by a capable team and an engaged Regional Manager who is invested in helping you thrive. Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Managing rosters, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation
- Supporting and developing your team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Monitoring key operational and service performance measures
- Ensuring compliance with clinical and operational standards
- Working closely with practitioners to support a seamless patient experience
- Partnering with your Regional Manager to drive ongoing success
Requirements
- Previous dental practice management experience
- Experience managing rosters, patient flow and daily operations
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Confidence managing KPIs and operational performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
- To work in Dental in QLD, you are required to hold a Blue Card for paid employment
