About the Role
The Creative Production Manager (Marketing) is responsible for coordinating and delivering creative content productions across in-house, hybrid, and external projects, transforming approved concepts into high-quality outputs across video, photography, audio, and related formats. The role works closely with the Marketing Operations team and other stakeholders to plan, resource, and deliver production activity, while sourcing and managing external partners where required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering creative content productions across in-house, hybrid, and external projects.
- Transforming approved concepts into high-quality outputs across video, photography, audio, and related formats.
- Planning, resourcing, and delivering production activity in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team and other stakeholders.
- Sourcing and managing external partners as required.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a similar role in an agency or in-house environment.
- Excellent project management skills with proven success delivering projects in a high-paced environment for a range of budgets.
- Strong verbal and written communications and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the creative process and an innate digital and mobile first approach to creating content.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, be proactive, and possess a can-do attitude with an ability to multitask and problem solve autonomously.
- Good negotiator with good financial and business sense.
- Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using project management software (Monday.com preferred) and digital asset management platforms.
- Existing Australian work rights.
- Ability to pass a satisfactory National Police Check and Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
