About the Role
This full-time position involves managing a segment of Bay FC’s General Season Ticket Members. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, backend account management, collecting payments, and renewing and upselling accounts. The role requires a professional, service-focused, and proactive mindset with a background in client management and support, reporting to the Manager, Client Services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service and ensure a positive experience for each account.
- Build long-lasting relationships with season ticket members.
- Achieve personal and departmental sales goals.
- Oversee day-to-day account needs for season ticket members.
- Ensure account accuracy and timely payments using the digital ticketing system.
- Complete weekly individual metrics.
- Maintain records of sales prospecting and customer conversations in the CRM system.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
