About the Role
Lead price and discount strategy for a portfolio of global brands, owning strategy and execution of experimentation and optimization roadmap. This high visibility, high impact role ensures a world-class customer experience and drives profitable, long-term business growth through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization, execution, and optimization of complex price and discount strategies, aligning with business goals and market conditions.
- Design, execute, and analyze innovative price and discount tests using advanced modeling techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, inflationary pressures, and competitor strategies to identify differentiation and growth opportunities.
- Identify new data-driven optimization opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Science to build advanced segmentation models and enhance attribution for strategic alignment across customer journeys.
- Partner with senior leadership and global teams (e.g., Product, Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing) to craft strategies and share recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a price/discount-related role with a strong track record of solving complex problems.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience devising and measuring the effectiveness of strategic optimizations, including AB testing, in data-rich business environments.
- Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and align on key initiatives.
- Experience working with diverse teams (Product, Marketing, Data Science) in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

Salary/Compensations
- $136,710—$158,100 USD
