About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our mental health care team. In this vital role, you will support individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, helping them achieve stability and improved well-being through compassionate care and structured support. Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Cook and serve meals, following the facility menu.
- Complete items on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
- Ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
- Supervise all resident medication procedures, ensuring proper medication at the proper time.
- Count and document all narcotics on each shift.
- Perform daily chart documentation.
- Be familiar with The Wood Group’s policy and procedures, including the employee handbook.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in mental health, behavioral health, or social services is advantageous.

Work Type
- Full-time
- 12-hour rotating schedule
- Daytime shift: 7am to 7pm
Education Level
