About the Role

This internship supports the Operations team with day-to-day business activities, focusing on data entry and record maintenance. It is designed for a detail-oriented student eager to learn business operations, gain practical experience with data systems, and contribute to a growing insurtech company. This paid internship is based in the downtown Austin, Texas office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging discrepancies.
• Assist the Operations team with organizing, cleaning, and structuring data sets.
• Support routine administrative and operational tasks.
• Help document processes and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and verify information.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data-handling standards.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate.
• Coursework or interest in business, operations, finance, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic productivity tools.
• Curiosity around testing AI in a business setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
