About the Role
Support the planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP design and construction projects. This role is for individuals with foundational construction project management understanding eager to grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in construction or engineering project support roles, with exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, including architectural plans and MEP specifications.
- Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear communication across teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and organize project inputs.
- Prepare regular status reports and support the team in presentations and client meetings.
- Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination.
- Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Experience working on data center or large-scale MEP projects.
- Exposure to budgeting or cost-tracking systems.
- Interest in pursuing PMP certification or formal project management training.
- Familiarity with design-build or fast-track project environments.

- $140,000-$170,000 Base Pay
