About the Role
Support the PMA project team and collaborate with client and project teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facilities assignments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project-specific task development and completion to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Support planning and analysis of conceptual design issues and pre-construction activities.
- Coordinate and review architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents.
- Review, understand, and enforce contractual requirements for design and construction professionals; assist in generating contracts and addenda.
- Understand the building permit process and support professionals in securing permits.
- Meet with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to review project status and resolve issues.
- Maintain and follow up on project open item lists.
- Direct and/or document project meetings.
- Review and analyze potential budget or schedule changes.
- Monitor construction budget and schedule, including updating web-based project controls.
- Observe and report on construction process and related issues (field reports, job walks).
- Assemble and review materials for project drawing packages.
- Manage the project close-out process.

- $70,000-$110,000 annually
