About the Role
Responsible for cleaning, detailing, and light maintenance of a diverse fleet of medium-duty trucks within the Enterprise Truck Division.
Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interior and exterior, including windshields, windows, and mats.
- Remove decals and de-identify trucks.
- Drive vehicles safely on and off the lot, assist with local deliveries, and perform miscellaneous job-related duties.
- Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels.
- Notify manager of unsafe equipment, conditions, or vehicle problems.
- Perform basic maintenance, including tire pressure checks, fluid checks, and replacing marker lights or lift gate components.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and functional work area, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements
- California driver's license.
- No other paid employment (no moonlighting).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- 6 months of work experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
- Qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations.
- Submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate or successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination (certification for at least 6 months).
