About the Role
Perform routine monitoring, statistical sampling, auditing, and observation to ensure consistent compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monitoring, recommend improvements, and maintain program review documentation.
- Compile required monitoring documents and submit responses to the Quality Assurance Lead.
- Provide technical assistance on workforce services programs.
- Maintain knowledge of current and future programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
- Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of workforce development, economic development, business intelligence, trends, and project management.
- Knowledge of effective management techniques including planning, strategy development, implementation, outcome assessment, and accountability.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of Integrated Service Principles.
- Knowledge of quality control, auditing, or performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, technology, and computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information and data, providing relevant feedback for action.
