About the Role
This role serves as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering business intelligence and actionable insights focused on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth. Responsibilities include leading the annual sales budgeting process, supporting sales commission processes, owning KPI dashboard development, managing FP&A deliverables, and collaborating on financial analyses and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering business intelligence and actionable insights focused on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth.
- Lead the annual sales budgeting process and provide ongoing support and analytics for progress toward goals.
- Support the development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed.
- Own the development of new and maintenance of existing company-wide KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Own regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation.
- Collaborate across broader finance teams on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and internal reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field
- 5 years’ post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as Senior Financial Analyst
- Experience working in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services industry
- Proficiency with US GAAP
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Valid CPA license
