About the Role

Join a fast-growing furniture industry leader as a Shipping Associate. This role supports accurate and timely movement of goods within warehouse shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and trucks.
• Move finished materials to appropriate warehouse storage areas.
• Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other assigned duties in accordance with training and qualifications.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours daily in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required during work hours.
