This role involves helping individuals achieve educational and career goals by interacting with a diverse range of people daily. It offers flexibility to manage schedules and work independently, with opportunities to travel within a designated territory. The Field Admissions Representative recruits passionate and motivated students for Universal Technical Institute, working closely with local high schools to build awareness of programs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, extroverted, enjoys making connections, and can work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while prioritizing schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and strengthen existing relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, and local communities
- Conduct in-person presentations at high schools and represent UTI programs at other offsite events
- Perform informative and professional in-home interviews using technical knowledge and skills
- Maintain CRM database for thorough follow-up with potential students
- Present to educators in high schools and other educational institutions to encourage student enrollment at Universal Technical Institute
- Maintain knowledge of Universal Technical Institute programs, financing options, and pertinent information to answer prospective student questions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts
- Adhere to all compliance criteria and procedures established by external regulatory bodies and by UTI
Requirements
- Experience with public speaking preferred
- Industry knowledge preferred
- 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred

Salary/Compensations
- $75,000 - $85,000 per year
