Responsibilities
- Manage product planning, version roadmap, requirement design, and iterative delivery for WorkBuddy, an intelligent collaboration and office SaaS product for SMEs.
- Develop mid- to long-term product roadmaps, define iteration goals, and ensure release implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points, optimize product experience, and enhance product competitiveness and commercialization value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product planning experience
- Experience with office collaboration products preferred
- Proficient in the full product planning lifecycle
- Familiar with prototyping tools such as Axure RP
- Capable of independently delivering product solutions
- Familiar with the logic of office collaboration products
- Clear logical thinking
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Strong passion for product details and user experience
