About the Role

We seek a world-class Recruiter to build and scale our PDE (Product, Design, and Engineering) teams, designing and executing customized recruiting strategies and serving as a Talent Partner for hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, high-impact searches with minimal guidance
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies using data from tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders by facilitating dialogue
- Identify and share innovative sourcing techniques
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers across all organizational levels, including executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain a stellar candidate experience for technical candidates
- Drive new and impactful operational processes within the TA team
- Act as a Change Agent, communicating new process rationale and encouraging adaptation
- Work across departments, offering support during hiring spikes
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment, ideally with a high-growth startup
- Successful track record of hiring technical talent across software engineering, product management, and design
- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to use data for strategic decisions
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing executive leadership on hiring initiatives
- Strong knowledge and interest in technology and engineering

- $79,000 - $118,000/year
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $88,000 - $131,000/year (including bonus or commission)
