About the Role
Responsible for accurately measuring customer homes for installations and completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Measure for products at customer homes
- Repair windows, siding, and sunrooms
- Order and track repair/installation services
- Assist Management with reporting and communication, as requested
- Interact with homeowners to service home-improvement needs
- Safely perform job aspects in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in home improvement/construction involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation
- Experience using a brake and hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, and deglazing tools
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent verbal communication
- Math skills, including using a tape measure
- Math skills, including understanding angles
