About the Role

Bring structure, momentum, and operational rigor to key People initiatives across promotions, performance and merit, and employee survey execution. This role focuses on ensuring high-impact, cyclical work runs smoothly. You will turn priorities into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, track progress against deadlines, and ensure details are managed. This role suits someone highly organized, calm in ambiguity, and energized by building order in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable coordinating across teams, surfacing risks early, and helping leaders move from ideas to execution.

Responsibilities

Drive People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and surveys
Ensure strong follow-through across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders
Plan and execute engagement or pulse survey cycles, including timelines, communications, and follow-up actions
Build project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs

Requirements

5+ years in project management, program management, or People Operations
Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology due to U.S. export laws (EAR)
Citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or applicable federal agency may be required
