About the Role
This role is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding needs, and providing tailored warranty solutions by marketing products to dealerships. The Account Executive will expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, identify and close new business opportunities, implement processes, and assist in claims. Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support each dealership’s Finance/Sales process based on delivering exceptional customer experience and industry leading CSI.
- Assist in driving profitable, appropriate F&I product income within multiple dealerships.
- Maintain targeted levels of penetration for all F&I benefits offered within all assigned stores.
- Learn and embrace our F&I/Sales process to consistently develop and grow as a person, professional, and a leader.
- Follow and execute our trained F&I Manager process in assigned stores with customers while the F&I Manager observes on a daily/weekly basis.
- Effectively train by demonstrating and executing iA American's sales department training, including taking actual “ups” and closing Car/Power Sports deals with sales staff.
- Conduct monthly reviews of each dealer’s end of month finance department performance to identify areas of opportunity.
- Ensure PRU and penetration goals are met and exceeded in each assigned store.
- Partner with the training team to support our sales process and help them to achieve their sales goals.
- Cultivate relationships and production in current accounts and obtain referrals for new F&I business opportunities.
- Ensure that each F&I Manager follows our process as trained within their stores to maximize profitability and penetrations.
- Conduct regular store visits to train, take F&I Turns, train sales departments, and help identify/maximize any areas of opportunity.
- Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure all automotive/Power Sports retail employees are maximizing their ability and growth.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience working for a dealership or agency as an F&I leader.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proven track record of success in securing new business, preferably in the automotive or Power Sports industry.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Unable to support or take over sponsorship of employment visas, including H-1B visas and participation in STEM OPT work authorizations.

- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
