This role involves conducting complex data analyses and developing competitive pricing structures across multiple practice areas, collaborating closely with attorneys. It provides high-level financial and strategic insights to support informed pricing decisions, effective project management, and achievement of economic objectives. The role leverages advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to interpret findings, optimize data hygiene, quality, and standardization, and supports other strategic and financial projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to support pricing decisions and effective project management.
- Assess data from various sources for insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
- Utilize AI-powered visualization and reporting tools to translate complex analyses into clear narratives and dashboards.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability.
- Track client engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
- Apply statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
- Recommend pricing strategies aligned with market trends and identify new market segments.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing departments on competitive pricing strategies.
- Develop dynamic pricing tools to respond to changing market needs and trends.
- Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to leadership and relevant teams.
- Stay current on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
- Support various strategic and financial projects.

- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve issues.

- Aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.

- Strong knowledge of market research resources and financial reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of various information technology systems.
- Knowledge of BI concepts.
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar BI and visualization tools (including AI-assisted features) is preferred.

Experience Level
- Minimum of four (4) years of in-depth knowledge of pricing and budgeting at AmLaw 200 law firm.
- Demonstrated experience performing detailed analyses independently.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a closely related field.
- Any combination of training, education, and experience demonstrating ability to perform position duties.
Salary/Compensations
- $85,000.00 - $125,000.00
