About the Role
This part-time, temporary position supports the in-house legal team across 19 international offices, with an anticipated schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, offering flexibility for fall school schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters
- Draft corporate resolutions and minutes
- Analyze contracts
- Assist with dispute resolution
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Enrolled in and pursuing a Juris Doctorate
- Previous legal experience preferred
- Ability to use online legal research resources
