About the Role

This part-time, temporary position supports the in-house legal team across 19 international offices, with an anticipated schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, offering flexibility for fall school schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters
  • Draft corporate resolutions and minutes
  • Analyze contracts
  • Assist with dispute resolution
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Enrolled in and pursuing a Juris Doctorate
  • Previous legal experience preferred
