About the Role
Support the execution of paid media campaigns across media platforms, learning how to translate client objectives into smart, effective media strategies. Gain hands-on experience with key platforms, budgets, pacing, audience targeting, optimisation, and reporting, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in media.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the fundamentals of paid media activation.
- Support the planning and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Assist in audience research, budget management, campaign setup, pacing, and optimisation.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to weekly and end-of-campaign reporting.
- Develop analytical skill set by working with data, benchmarks, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader strategy and client objectives.
- Gain exposure to emerging tools and AI-powered workflows used across the paid media team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience executing paid media campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, or similar platforms is a must.
- Strong interest in applying analytics and data to solve real-world marketing challenges.
- Confident working with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for entertainment, culture, tourism, travel, or pop culture is a plus.
- Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
