About the Role

This role supports the National FI segment team, working closely with the sales team to align solutions that boost payment volume and revenue for one of Visa’s largest accounts in the US. It includes network office management, client support, managing complex contracts, ongoing reporting, and identifying new engagement opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is central to delivering tailored solutions across product, marketing, operational, and analytics disciplines. The individual will engage with various internal teams, contribute to major projects, support customized integration efforts, and enhance strategic value for the client. Daily interaction with senior executives on the client side is expected.

  • Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • 12 or more years of relevant business development experience, preferably in payments
  • Understanding of payment systems and products (e.g., card networks, consumer, commercial, debit, credit) and ecosystem participants
  • Experienced solution sales leader with a record of accomplishment for delivering results
  • Ability to identify the inspired path forward to partner
  • Ability to structure creative partnership constructs
  • Demonstrated success in contract negotiations to drive new business
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Experience in managing relationships and cultivating deep, trusted partnerships with clients and partners
  • Ability to explain complex business concepts to broad audiences in an engaging way
