About the Role
The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executives. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. SDRs who establish high performance and are strong representations of the SAP Concur Core Values will have potential for new challenges and career advancement within the SAP Concur organization.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory as if you were running your own business.
- Build knowledge of SAP Concur’s product offerings, competitors, and customer outcomes.
- Confidently overcome objections and face prospecting challenges.
- Effectively communicate Concur’s value propositions to key decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams.
- Work professionally and effectively to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.).
- Engage with leads through various channels such as phone, Drift chat, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
- Leverage digital assets and employ a multi-channel approach to maximize effectiveness by leveraging advanced tools like Iris, Outreach/ReviO, Consensus, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Drift to engage prospects across multiple channels simultaneously.
- Participate in development programs such as leadership development and sales readiness programs.
- Be recognized and celebrated by peers and leaders through awards, shout-outs, and daily performance stack rankings.
Requirements

- 1-3 years of professional experience, or a post-secondary degree or certification.
