About the Role

The Senior Manager of Product Management drives strategy and execution for their product area, leading product managers and collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. The role also involves acting as a change agent, guiding product teams through AI-driven transformation, reimagining real-time insights and actionable intelligence, and operating with speed by rapidly prototyping and evaluating solutions. The manager will foster prototype-first workflows and develop product managers for success, partnering with leaders across engineering, design, and the company to prioritize, design, and launch successful products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy to empower customers in transforming legal technology and business models.
  • Build governance, platform intelligence, and operational capabilities for strategic control.
  • Help customers proactively tackle industry change.
  • Lead product teams through AI-driven transformation.
  • Reimagine delivery of real-time insights and actionable intelligence for platform value.
  • Rapidly prototype and evaluate multiple solutions.
  • Move teams from lengthy spec cycles to prototype-first workflows.
  • Develop and coach product managers.
  • Partner with engineering and design leaders to prioritize, design, and deliver top priorities.
  • Partner across DISCO to launch and ensure product success.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of product management experience with software products.
  • Experience managing product managers.
  • Deep experience building enterprise software (B2B) in complex domains.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise go-to-market strategies and customers to drive product and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing product teams and organizations.
  • Successful implementation of product discovery frameworks at scale (e.g., continuous discovery, jobs to be done, design thinking, working backwards).
  • AI product sense and taste at speed.
  • Deep understanding of model capabilities and agentic systems.
  • Ability to rapidly evaluate working prototypes and make high-conviction shipping decisions.
  • Comfortable moving teams from spec-first to prototype-first workflows.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
