Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research on financial products, including investment packages, pension schemes, and insurance plans.
- Ensure all financial advice adheres to UK Financial Conduct Authority regulations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage confidential files and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide administrative support to advisers, paraplanners, and the wider team, including producing applications and packs for clients, and drafting correspondence.
- Coordinate with various providers, networks, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
- Plan and organize events, meetings, and other activities as required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of tax, trusts, various wrappers, and investment principles.
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the firm.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
