About the Role

Combine creativity, technical knowledge, and business understanding to design functional and beautiful spaces for clients. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance design excellence, elevate design quality, and achieve recognition for clients and the firm. Contribute to conceptual thought processes and design exploration as an integral design team member.

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior design assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.
  • Participate in selecting and presenting FF&E, color palettes, and lighting.
  • Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections for construction.
  • Provide design support and documentation during design concept completion and execution.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • 0-3 years of interior design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.
  • Detailed understanding of FF&E design and deliverables, including furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various development stages.
  • Ability to quickly communicate design ideas and direction.
  • Passionate, self-starting, intelligent, dedicated, and efficient.
  • LEED Accreditation is a plus.
  • Submit a current portfolio and/or work samples in PDF format for consideration.
