Responsibilities
- Perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment.
- Supply improvement suggestions and ideas.
- Adhere to strict quality and safety standards.
- Perform general labor duties across all packaging or processing areas.
- Enter SAP data accurately.
- Adhere to all site rules, ways of working, processes, and procedures.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Complete Period Work in a timely manner.
- Participate in team activities.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and machinery according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program.
- Ensure all manufactured products align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies.
- Follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and keep self and others away from harm.
- Adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.
Requirements
- Able to work on all shifts, weekends, and Holidays.
- Workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
