About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager with The Walsh Group, you will be instrumental in managing interesting and complex projects within the Pacific North Water Division. This role is for an up-and-coming manager who thrives on problem-solving, creative thinking, and making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities

Project planning, scheduling, and coordination, including work plan development.
Safety and quality control management.
Accurate forecasting and management of budgets.
Change order management.
Managing critical subcontractors and process equipment suppliers.
Coordination with design consultants on Design-Build projects through design completion.
Obtaining and reviewing submittals for compliance with contract documents and distributing them for formal review.
Drafting and submitting Requests for Information.
Assuming responsible charge of process mechanical material and equipment tracking, including detailed takeoffs/logs and ensuring timely delivery.
Managing Project Engineers and collaborating with other Assistant Project Managers.
Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration.
Vehicle, equipment, and tools management.

Requirements

4+ years of experience.
Previous water treatment construction experience preferred.
Ability to establish relationships and lead people.
Specific roles may require relocation.
