About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a circular supply chain for batteries, upcycling, recycling, refining, and remanufacturing materials for electric vehicles and grid storage. This Senior Recruiter role owns full-cycle hiring across operations, corporate, and technical roles, diagnosing issues, pushing back on assumptions, and building scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close across a mixed portfolio of requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and challenge weak ones.
- Diagnose stalled pipelines using funnel data and address root causes.
- Maintain ATS hygiene in Greenhouse or Ashby for trustworthy pipeline data.
- Surface market intelligence on compensation, talent supply, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with AI-native sourcing and screening workflows, contributing to their development.
- Elevate the team's capabilities by sharing playbooks, tooling, and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, clean energy, technology, logistics, or similar fast-paced, high-growth industries.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting across high-volume, multi-function pipelines.
- Ability to manage numerous requisitions simultaneously without compromising candidate experience.
- Strong judgment in managing hiring manager relationships, with the ability to influence and disagree constructively.
- High level of organization and self-direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Interest in industrial decarbonization, sustainability, and solving complex problems.
