About the Role

Lightspeed is seeking an Account Executive to join their Hospo team. This role involves presenting Lightspeed's solutions to potential customers, tailoring products to meet company needs, and ensuring successful setup. The goal is to enhance customer experience and business growth through an intuitive POS interface, fast payment processing, and sophisticated business reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Help prospective customers discover their requirements.
  • Lead 1-on-1 demonstrations of Lightspeed products.
  • Prepare quotes for potential customers.
  • Assist new customers with the implementation of Lightspeed.
  • Lead product presentations primarily via video calls.
  • Introduce the workflow and build appropriate solutions with the customer.
  • Lead price negotiations and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives to schedule appointments with prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Quickly build a relationship with the customer.
  • Proactively address customer questions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Lightspeed solutions.
  • Understand the customer's process and prioritize the customer experience.
  • Experience in leading discovery conversations through to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with a full sales cycle in B2B, including customer relationship management, impact discovery, quotation preparation, negotiations, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to speak and write in the local language, along with business English.
